NEALE WHITTAKER: Hi, guys. My name's Neale Whittaker. In conjunction with Mr Pete Evans, I am one of the hip hop choreographers for Schools Spectacular, State Dance and in conjunction with The Arts Unit.

Today's lesson is quite an exciting one. We've got an advanced intermediate routine to a style called Litefeet. It's to a song called 'Can't Touch This' by MC Hammer.

In 2019 Schools Spectacular, this was the last routine they performed right at the end of the set. So it was a pretty big vibe, bit of a party. The whole point was to get the arena going, get everybody clapping with a classic song like 'Can't Touch This' to a new style of hip hop like Litefeet.

So it's a lot of fun. It's a little bit intricate at times and a bit difficult. But we're going to take our time and get stuck straight into this.

So guys, before we start this tutorial, just make sure that you're super warm because this is-- it's quite a lot of energy involved in the routine. So we're going to make sure that you're nice and warm and ready to go and stretched out.

Please refer to all the safe dance information that's required to make sure that you can get through this without any injuries or problems. Have plenty of space around you. Grab yourself a drink bottle, maybe a towel. Let's do this.
