PATRICK 'LUCKY' LARTEY: Hello, everyone. This is Lucky Lartey here again, and today we're going to be doing the fourth episode of the West African traditional dance. I'm sure you've been learning so much, and I'm also been very excited to share it with you. Before we start, it's very important to stretch and get warm. Today's lesson is going to be a combination of all of the stuff that we've learned from the first episode, the second, and the third episode.

I hope you enjoyed it, and keep dancing. All right, let's go back please.

[music playing]

(SINGING) [African singing]

Down, up. Up. One, two, three, four. Yes? One, two, three, four. One, two, three, four. Yes? One, two, three, four. Three and four.

Second beat is one, back. One, two, three, four. One, two, three, four and back. Two. Two, three. Down, up. Two, three. Yeah?

Move it one, two. One, two. Two, three, four. One, two, three. You're going up on the four, yeah? So it's one, two, three, four.

Going to change. One, two, three, four. Pa, pa, pa, pa, pa. Yeah? One more time. One, two, three, four. Up, up, down. Up, down, up, down.

One, two, three, four. One, two, three, back. And one, and two. We'll finish here. Three and four. Then as soon as we get here, we're going to be doing and one, and two, and three, and four. Two at a time. And then fourth time. Yeah, so it's uh, ka, which is - two, three, four. Yeah?

Let's try the music from top to here.

[music playing]

(SINGING) [African singing]

One, two. One, two, three, four. Go around. Go, one, two, three, four. Beautiful. One more time. In. One, up. In, down.

Last one. Go down. One, two, three, go. Up. Stop here.

From there, we go up. Right, up. So you going to put your hand up like that. And one, and two, and three, and four. Yeah, one more time. Uh, one. Uh, two. Uh, three. Uh, four. Yeah?

So, it goes like in one, two, three, and four. And one, two, three. And one, hey, two, hey, three, hey, four. So, let's take it from - from there, yeah?

Yeah, from there, one, two, three, and one, and two, and three, and one, two, three, four. One, two, three, four. So, on the last one, a four, four - you bring it up. So it's, and one, two, three, four. One, two, three, four.

Most of the movement we are responding at the end of the call. So, we are on four, not on one, yeah? On time, one, two, three, four. Up, down, up, down. Up, down. One, two, three, four. Two, three, four. Beautiful. Yeah?

So, let's try it with music from top to here, yeah? One, two, three, four. Top. Two. Three. Four. One, two, three, four, yeah?

One more time. Let's take it from coming around. So, we go slowly one, two, three. One, two, three, up. One, two, three, four. And one, two, three, four. Then we finish.

Four we go, and one. Just four, up, and back. Up, back. Up, back. Yeah? Let's start the music from top. And with music now. One, two. One, two, three, four. [inaudible].

And back, and back. Yeah? And up. Beautiful. One more time. One, two. One, two, three, four. Woo! Move, step forward, back. Forward, back. Forward, back. Forward.

Yeah, push back, down, forward. Then up, forward, yeah. Back. [inaudible] side. One, two, three, four. One, two, [inaudible]. One, two. One, two. One, two. In. [inaudible]. One, two

We're going back. Let's take it from there. One, two, three, four. One, two, and two. Go around, one, two, and here we go. And one, two, three. Five, six, seven, we go. One, two, three, four, up, back, up to there. Up to the back. Two. And then the last one we finish it, yeah? Beautiful.

One more time. Same place. One, two, three, four. One, two, three. Two, two, three. And one, two, and three, four, and five, six. And one, two, three, four. One, two, three, four.

And kick, sa to there. Up to here. Sa to there. sa. Five, six, seven, eight. So, we will go again. One, two, three, four. We go one and two. Two and two. Three and then the last one. Four. And finish, yeah?

One more time. Back from four. We go one, two. Back, five, six, seven, eight. Back, two. ha, pa. Take one, and fourth finish.

All right, so we're going to try one more time from the top to the end without music, and then we're going to go with music, yeah? Hope you're drinking enough water. Yes. Let's go.

From beginning, one, two, one, two, three, four. Up, down. Going to go around. One, two, three, four. Cha, cha. One, two, three, four. da, da.

One, two, three, four. Uh, two, three, four. And side. Back to there. Up to here. Up to there. Back. One, two, three, four.

One, two, three. Two here, three to there. And then there. Then the last one, two more times with the music. And then we'll say bye bye.
