Teacher Professional Development with Frantic Assembly

Frantic Assembly
Teacher Professional Development Workshops

The Arts Unit in partnership with Drama NSW are presenting
Frantic Assembly franticTeacher Professional Development masterclass series.

Frantic Assembly are world leaders in devised and collaborative theatre.  The accessibility of the Frantic method has empowered and inspired people to participate, educate, collaborate and make thrilling work.

As world leaders in devising and collaborative theatre making they continually seek to share skills.
The Frantic method of devising liberates creative potential and build confidence in performers, students and teachers.  These methods of devising and physicality are taught widely in Drama schools, colleges and universities.

Frantic Assembly are the company behind the Tony Award-nominated choreography in Broadway's The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time.

We are excited to present this unique opportunity for Teachers in New South Wales to revitalise their devising skills and experience what it's like to be in the rehearsal room with an international practitioner from Frantic Assembly.  These specialist workshops will promote the physical confidence needed for participants to be brave and bold with the material they are making, as well as instructing participants in the various devising processes used by Frantic Assembly when working collaboratively to produce multi-disciplined performance.
