D'Arts Disability Dance Workshops

The D'Arts Student Dance Workshops will not take place in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and to help ensure the safety and wellbeing of students, staff, families and audiences.

This half day workshop, hosted by public schools across NSW, is designed to give students with disability the opportunity to explore dance and reach new physical limits whilst engaging with teachers and students from other schools.

Teachers are able to choose whether to bring a group or individual students with them to the workshop. Junior workshops best suit students aged 10-13 years old; senior workshops best suit students aged 14-18 years old.

For more information on our Registered Teacher Professional Learning program (Disability Inclusion Dance Workshop for Teachers) please click the link. The teacher workshop complements the student workshop; you may elect to attend the TPL workshop, the student workshop or both.
