The Talent Development Project (TDP) is a joint initiative between the New South Wales Department of Education and the entertainment industry. It prepares students for careers in the entertainment and music industries.

Established in 1991, the TDP discovers and develops talented young Australians from New South Wales Public Schools, preparing them for a career in the music and entertainment industry.
