Operation Art is not just about exhibitions. To help support and extend skills in teaching Visual Arts, Operation Art presents a series of teacher professional learning workshops in regional and metropolitan centres.

Teachers will spend a whole day making, creating and learning. Covering three different topic areas, Workshops run from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. All you need to bring is a paint shirt to protect your clothing - all other equipment, materials and lunch are supplied.

Government teachers $248.00 inc (GST) Non Government teachers $360.00 inc (GST)

As part of The Arts Unit's support of the Department of Education  Rural and Remote Education blueprint for action, we are excited to be able to offer a Participation Subsidy of $100 to teachers from rural and remote schools to attend the Operation Art Visual Arts Workshops. To request a subsidy please email us here. opart.artsunit@det.nsw.edu.au. Please note: If interest exceeds available funds, allocation of the Participation Subsidy will be prioritised based on remoteness.Subsidies will be confirmed with acceptance notification.
